Leonard Robinson founded Robinson Custom Services after leading engineering teams at Cytiva (formerly GE Healthcare Life Sciences), where he launched a manufacturing execution system across $300M of regulated production. Clients get the same discipline he brought to the plant floor: measure the constraint, fix the process, and stay through implementation.

He holds an MBA from Yale, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia. Forbes named him to its 30 Under 30 list in Manufacturing.
